At I Love BJs Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the right fit, we are here to help.
1. RETURN WINDOW
We offer a 14-day return policy for physical merchandise. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the exact condition you received them.

Unworn & Unused: Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Items showing signs of wear, scents (perfume/detergent), or animal hair will not be accepted.

Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
3. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@ilovebjs.shop.

Authorization: Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. RESTOCKING FEES & REFUNDS

Restocking Fee: All approved returns for physical merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover inspection and processing.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds (minus the restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us at orders@ilovebjs.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized products.

Sale items and Gift Cards.

Digital Memberships & Licenses: Once a digital account has been activated or a licensing vetting process has been initiated, these services are non-refundable. Please refer to your specific Program Agreement for details regarding administrative fees.
7. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The same condition requirements (unworn/unused) apply.
