At Ilovebjs.shop, we want to get your gear into your hands as quickly as possible, whether you order from your couch or visit us in person. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. SHOPPING OPTIONS: ONLINE & IN-STORE
We offer a flexible shopping experience. You can:

Order Online: Have products shipped directly to your door.

In-Store Display Orders: Visit our Woodbridge location to view products on display. If an item is on display, you can place an order in-person and have it shipped directly to your home or business address.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to customers in Canada, the United States, and select international locations. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
3. ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME

Handling Time: All orders (including those placed in-store for home delivery) are processed within 2–4 business days.

Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.

Operating Days: Our dugout operates Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
4. DELIVERY ESTIMATES (TRANSIT TIME)
Once processed, the estimated transit times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.

International Shipping: 10–21 business days (varies by location).
Please note: Total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Ilovebjs.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at orders@ilovebjs.shop. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier to ensure you receive the gear you paid for. Please save all packaging materials and take photos of the damaged goods for our review.
8. INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY
Please double-check your shipping address! Ilovebjs.shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
